we will celebrate holi tomorrow papa has told me tonight that he will take me for shopping to buy some holi stuff.Me and papa went to a near by market,the whole market was looking so colorful and everything was beautiful and colorful.he asked me that what kind of "pichkari" do i want this year,i was too happy and confused as there were too many kind of stuff in the market.Papa helped me to get one.it was fun in shopping. Next morning i get up early.I saw mummy was making feast for holi....there was MALPUA, GUJIA, DAHI WADA and some other snacks.they all were tasty.We all went to our society lawn as all my friends gather up there to celebrate holi .Before that mummy has asked me to change my dress and to put some oil on to my face so as no such color could affect my skin but papa said that this year we will use only organic colors as they are safe. we thoroghly enjoyed the festival with my friend and become COLORFUL!!!
yesterday i made cake with mummy
first i asked mummy "mamma can i cook cake for my self as i want to have it"mummy smiled at me and said yes my darling how do you want it to be? I said "it should be a vanilla cake with lots of chocolate cream and top of that there should be more and more of grapes as toppings.I love grapes they are yummy!!!"
I went to market with my mother for some shopping.I bought sugar ,flour ,eggs,chocolates (those are looking YUM!!) and then grapes.After that we came back home wash our hands...and was ready to make cake.
Mummy has asked me to wash all the grapes..i was thinking that why we have to wash the fruit before eating so mumma told me that there are soo many germs on fruit when these are kept in market in open, so we should always wash these fruit before eating.
Then mamma helped me in mixing flour eggs sugar butter milk and dry fruits in a bowl.while i was mixing all these in bowl, i was amazed to see the whirl lines in bowl i told mother "mummy see there are whirlpools in our bowl..!!! mummy smiled and say yes honey this is sweet and tasty whirlpool, she took some mixtures in her finger and kept it on my tongue it was really very tasty....and yummy.i asked mummy that is that ready to eat she said no we will have to bake it first.mumma transfer all the mixture in a flat container and kept it in a oven.After a while mumma took it out an there it was.....a nice hot light yellow colour cake....i cheered mumma i want to have it now it loo so tasty!!!
mother laughed and said -"no dear we will have to wait to let it cool down first after that we will decorate it with ur chocolate cream and grapes"..I just keep on waiting .....did my homework,...looked down from balcony...play with my toy car..VROOM VROOM and finally hear my mom calling Atulya Atulya...come here darling.I ran to the kitchen and there i saw my cake kept on the top of shelf ready with chocolate icing on its side with a bowl full of grapes.
i decorate my cake with chocolate icing and grapes and it was ready to serve.i enjoyed it thoroughly.yummy!!!
